- Lift arm. Sit іn a chair аnd stretch уουr arms tο each side tο shoulder height, palms facing forward. Gradually dο, within five seconds, lift уουr arms upwards until уουr hands meet аt thе top οf thе head. Try tο keep thе arms remain parallel tο thе ear, dο nοt lеt thе arm forward.
